Welcome! If you've made it here, you are ready to begin your hot mom journey! Congratulations on taking that first step! I can't wait to know you and help you achieve your fitness goals. First, let me give you a little bit of background on myself:
I began my fitness journey in 2019, during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I began as a newly single mother to a beautiful baby boy. When I began my postpartum journey; I gained 100 lbs during my pregnancy. I weighed in at 210 lbs, which is the most I had ever weighed. Struggling with being a newly single mother, and overcoming postpartum depression; I sought out a healthier lifestyle. I have studied Exercise Science, Personal Training and obtain my CPR certification. However, being a mother and succeeding in my own weight-loss journey has taught me more than any class could have. Over the course of 2 years, I have not only lost all of my 'baby weight', but have also gained muscle mass and recomped my body completely.
I achieved these results 100% on my own, through one of the darkest times of my life. It's my wish and hope that every mom out there experience true confidence, strength and happiness within their bodies. Mindset shift has been a huge part of my success which I discuss further in my Apple Podcast Mind Over Metal.
